George Orwell es uno de los principales autores del siglo XX. Además de sus famosas obras de ficción, escribió innumerables ensayos de carácter político, filosófico e incluso ambiental. He also visits a hospital, where death is an ever-present companion. In the end, he rediscovers the infinite power of nature in the figure of the humblest of creatures—a toad.
